Notifications Types

And, in the case of traffic fines, you can also request the option of paying the fine or requesting information on how to identify the driver.

Below is a list of types of notifications:

Traffic Fines

These types of notifications are received when a traffic regulation is violated and it is published in the BOE and / or in the DGT. Usually they also incorporate the type of violation (Precept and article) and the amount without the applicable discount.

Subsidy

You will receive this type of notification in case of requesting a subsidy, either for unemployment, family charges, etc. You will be able to see the status of your application, such as if it has been renewed or extended.

Help or Subsidy

You will receive this notification to be informed about the request for an aid or grant, such as scholarships, employment, education, etc. You can be aware of the resolution of your request.

Summons to Appear

You will receive this notice to be informed about the summons to appear in person or through a legal representative, before a judge or court. Either to show yourself in a cause or contribute or help to the achievement of an act or diligence.

Embargo

You will receive this notification to be informed about the seizure of an asset in order to liquidate it and with the proceeds, pay the debtor’s creditors or pay with the assets themselves.

Cadastre

You will receive this notification to be informed about an increase in the cadastral value. In other words, an automatic and sometimes retroactive rise in the Property and Real Estate Tax (IBI) and the rest of the taxes whose taxable base is the cadastral value.

Appeal Resolution

You will receive this notification as a resolution of the request for an appeal.

Tax Agency

You will receive this notification to inform you of actions that affect citizens in their tax obligations or to inform them of any aspect of their interest.

Driver Identification

You will receive this notification in the event of a driver’s identification requirement, with an identification deadline of 20 days.

Debt Deferral

You will receive this notification in response, if you have requested the postponement of a debt, due to not being able to pay it within the time limits established by the economic situation.

Return Income

You will receive this notification in response to a claim for the return of undue income due to the fulfillment of your obligations and the imposition of penalties, having made an income higher than that which corresponds to them in accordance with the tax regulations.

Goods Requirement

You will receive this notification when you are a debtor to make a statement of all your assets.

Providence of Urgency

You will receive this notice for the notice that an administration is going to proceed against your assets.

Benefit

You will receive this notification to see the status of your claim for benefits, such as unemployment, ERTE, etc.

Work Inspection

You will receive this notification when you have a future labor inspection to control and monitor that companies and workers comply with the administrative responsibilities required by law and to advise and inform them on labor and Social Security matters, you can also receive notification of a sanction by the labor inspectorate.

Telecommunications

You will receive this notification in response to a claim to the telecommunication service, among others.

Statistics National Institute

You will receive this notification to collaborate in an INE survey, it will be mandatory to participate in it.

Settlement in Volunteer Period

You will receive this notification for the entry or processing of a debt within the term of presentation of the tax model in question.

Aval

You will receive this notification whereby you are obliged to present an asset as a surety or promise of payment, if the repayment of the debt is not met, said asset will become the property of the lender.

Energy Efficiency Certificate

You will receive this notification to inform you about the approval or denial of a request for an urban planning plan or in the event of an urban complaint.

Property Registry

You will receive this notification as you must deliver to the property registration institution an inscription on the ownership and characteristics of the real estate.

Hacienda Sanction

You will receive this notification when a declaration has not been submitted or an income is not made to the Treasury within the stipulated period, among other reasons.

Collection

You will receive this notice if you have to pay a tax debt.

Census

You will receive this notification as a response to your request in the registry.

Environment

You will receive this notification to inform you of any sanction related to the environment, such as for inadequate hygiene conditions, water contamination, etc.

Minimum Insertion Income

You will receive this notification in response to your request for the Minimum Insertion Income.

Transportation

Receive this notification to report a transportation penalty.

Free Legal Assistance

You will receive this notification in response to your request for Free Legal Assistance.

Living Place

You will receive this notice in response to your housing application or housing adjudication, among other reasons.
