I am the owner of a company with a large fleet of vehicles, fines for some vehicles in the fleet often do not arrive, therefore, sometimes I have to pay an additional amount for the violation.

When a fine cannot be notified by hand to the person concerned, after time, it is published in the BOE or in the DGT. At the time it has been published I can identify the driver in a period of 20 days and be able to pay 50% less than the fine.
